Mercuria recruited @Nicholas Snowdon from Goldman Sachs Investment Banking to join its metals team as the energy trader aims to enhance its footprint in the sector encompassing energy transition materials, as per two informed sources who spoke to Reuters.
According to a source, Snowdon will start to work at Mercuria in August. Snowdon will be joining forces with Kostas Bintas, Trafigura’s former co-head of metals, who is also a prominent addition to the team.
